Our energy service follows a six stage process:

Engage

We implement the most appropriate system to each building, utilising the latest technologies to guarantee the most effective use of the products. We also remain focused on the life-cycle of the products that we install to ensure that the solution we provide remains economically and environmentally sustainable.

Identify

We carry out building and IT systems surveys and audits in order to assess the most suitable solutions to meet the challenges. We also engage with the building users and observe working practices and behaviours. This allows us to build up a thorough picture of how the building operates and is used, ensuring that we take a holistic approach to reducing energy, carbon and cost.

Recommend

Using the information we have gathered we recommend solution options that we believe will meet your challenges. We clearly demonstrate the reasons for our recommendations and provide a clear return on investment analysis where appropriate. We also clearly document the success criteria of each solution we agree to implement. This is later used as the measure of the project’s success.

Implement

We implement the most appropriate system to each building, utilising the latest technologies to guarantee the most effective use of the products. We also remain focused on the life-cycle of the products that we install to ensure that the solution we provide remains economically and environmentally sustainable.

Monitor

We monitor our solutions against the previously agreed success criteria to ensure that they are providing the desired cost and efficiency savings. We also monitor behavioural changes in and around the building, to ensure that new habits are formed and maintained.  

Report

As part of our agreement to monitor and regularly assess the services that we provide, we supply our clients with a report of our findings, which measures the building’s performance against pre-set criteria. This makes it possible for our clients to continually assess the functionality of their building and their service solution. These reports can be tailored to our client’s needs and delivered via multiple formats i.e. web view, e-mail or a face-to-face review meeting.
