Supplying to NG Bailey

With an annual spend in excess of £300M our supply chain plays an important role in the success of NG Bailey. To meet our customer commitments we seek suppliers of materials, services and sub-contractors who can add to our strategy to continuously improve and enhance our supply chain. 

Our procurement team manages the acquisition of all externally supplied resources, selecting and managing companies who can contribute to our long-term business success.

MySupplyChain

MySupplyChain is NG Bailey’s web based supply chain accreditation and performance management system.  As such it is a core part of our strategy.

The system holds essential and important company information as well as an electronic performance management system to score individual suppliers and sub-contractors in the areas of tendering, delivery and on-site performance. The online site allows NG Bailey to search for and select suppliers by service, location and performance. Only companies registered and approved on MySupplyChain will be considered as part of our supply chain.

Via the new portal our supply chain partners can enter and maintain their own data directly into MySupplyChain.  Completed supplier assessments provide NG Bailey with the information required to engage with suppliers and subcontractors.  In time the online portal will provide our supply chain with the opportunity to log in and review their own performance.
